TECHNICAL TEAM MANAGEMENT

Full Technical Management Technical Management Services include every aspect of operating and managing a vessel safely, efficiently and effectively in accordance with owner’s needs, in line with the ship’s design and the requirements of insurers, flag states, classes, charterer’s, ISM Code and in accordance with the highest industry standards and services. This includes every aspect of monitoring the vessel conditions, the vessel’s performance, vessel operations in regards to safe and efficient cargo handling and cargo conditioning, planned and project maintenance, regular condition assessment, dry docking, deck/engine maintenance, and repair planning and supervision, budget control, certification and vetting and others in order to take care of a vessel throughout her life time. Owners will have access to reports and data of managing their asset as required by their needs and expectations at any time, whereby we emphasis on high quality and transparency. However, Full Technical Management does not include any commercial services and / or any aspect of the commercial ship operations instructions.

SHIP CREW MANAGEMENT

We consider the crew to be the most important factor in ship management and providing a crew with a high retention rate is the highest priority. A loyal, stable and skilled workforce contributes to cost effectiveness and efficiency. A professional ship management is based on a strong team working together at sea and ashore. Our pool consists of experienced and skilled seafarers from Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, Holland, Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, and India along with Bangladesh. A thorough selection process, including testing and training, is conducted prior to recruitment. We also offer, if required, labor mediation and international headhunt to cater to our client’s specific needs and requirements.

SHIP SELLS, BUY & CHARTERING

We expanded to Maritime Industry, giving solution to the shipping needs of our client around the world by directly dealing with ship owners worldwide as well as working with shipping Agents, Brokers and affiliates to give a one-stop solution to our clients ship sale, purchase as well as chartering needs. We have successfully brokered the sale, purchase and chartering of numerous ships of different types for our clients. Also, our position and experience in Maritime Industry affords us the opportunity of dealing with major world players in the sale or purchase of Petroleum and derivatives, such as REBCO, BLCO, VENEZUELA OIL, D2, MAZUT, JET FUEL, etc. We welcome all inquiries in these fields.

CLAIMS AND INSURANCE

Marine insurance covers the loss or damage of ships, cargo, terminals, and any transport or cargo by which property is transferred, acquired, or held between the points of origin and final destination. Cargo insurance is a sub-branch of marine insurance, though Marine also includes Onshore and Offshore exposed property, (container terminals, ports, oil platforms,

pipelines), Hull, Marine Casualty, and Marine Liability. When goods are transported by mail or courier, shipping insurance is used instead.

SURVEY AND INSPECTION

Inspections and Surveys department is primarily responsible for ensuring that registered ships are in compliance with all statutory requirements as set out in the international Conventions and Codes. Our team is often called upon to give advice and help to our recognized organizations, Surveyors and Inspectors in the field who seek clarification about regulations or alternative arrangements in place. We pride ourselves on providing prompt advice and help on statutory matters.
